First Aid courses for groups,
the workplace and the outdoors.

Expedient First Aid courses are designed with lots of practical hands-on training
to ensure you leave the course with the confidence and skills that could save a life.

What we do - Why choose Expedient First Aid?

Expedient First Aid provides practical and progressive training. We ensure that all our trainees know what they need to know; when and how to use their skills most effectively and to always keep first aid as simple as possible. The emphasis of all our courses is to provide the skills and confidence to know what to do, and to do it well, even if you don’t have your ‘HSE first aid kit’ to hand. There is no unnecessary medical terminology or jargon, we teach people to apply practical solutions in any situation. We focus on treating the casualty effectively not how neatly the bandage is applied.
